Been ordering from this location for years. Service has gone downhill. It all started when I received lack of toppings back when double toppings were being offered. I sent my survey in with dissatisfaction and the situation was handled. Next situation happened a week ago. I prefer my pizzas to be well done and have done so in the past. Ordered two pizzas: 1. 14" New-York Style ExtravaganZZa + plus paid $3 extra for the Philly Steak* topping. Barely had any Philly steak on the pizza, but just the beef crumbles. 2. 14" Hand Tossed Chicken Bacon Ranch Feast was really dry, had almost no ranch sauce. And there were barely any slices of tomatoes we normally see on the Chicken Bacon Ranch (didn't bother to take pics for this one).
