I am filing a formal complaint to their head office. The store is the 530 Fifth Street one. I placed the order today at 7:08 PM. The estimate was 27-37 mins. At 7:42 PM, the app falsely showed "Completed," but no food arrived. I called the store at 7:47 PM. The employee was rude, stated "the driver has it," and hung up on me.
