Worst customer service I have ever seen from dominos. I ordered 2 pizzas and didn’t get any update regarding the delivery for more than 35 minutes. I called the store to ask about update. Without hearing my concern a rude and unprofessional guy started saying that you will not get free pizza. Seriously!! After ordering 2 pizzas which I didn’t receive on time, do you think I will expect 3rd from you? I paid for the food, delivery and service but nothing was good. I ordered a pizza at 9pm and it is 10pm and still not ready. Worst service ever! Update i got a coke and 2 brownies as compensation but the 2 garlic sauce i ordered and paied were missing so I’m keeping my review as it is.
I’ve never encountered a manager as rude in my life as I did with the manager from this dominos. Not only was the service terrible but the large veggie pizza we ordered had way too much sauce and was overly cheesy. When called to let them know, the manager completely put the blame on us and told us that’s what we wanted and then hung up. If I could put 0 stars I would. This is the worst dominos ever.
