Dear Domino’s Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent unsatisfactory experience at one of your stores. I placed an order and specifically requested for the pizza to be well done, along with additional chilli flakes, oregano, and garlic & herbs. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was undercooked and clearly did not meet the instructions I had provided. Ordered a small EXTRA mushroom and EXTRA spinach pizza...this is what I got! Absolutely pathetic! A cheese bread is what they give me! Last order at this dump!!! Not to mention..i live 2 blocks away, they close at 1am on friday and saturday..but I can't pick up a pizza after 11pm? What kind of stupidity is that? Yeah, i'll order and pay a ridiculous delivery fee plus tip..so my 10$ pizza will cost like 17$, and im a 5 minute wal kaway lol.
