I’d like to thank the manager, Nuhash, for the excellent customer service. My order arrived with some missing ingredients, and after I called, he was very helpful and quickly offered a free pizza to make up for it. I really appreciate how professionally and kindly the situation was handled. Very happy with the support!
I ordered lightly cooked, the guy tried to gaslight me that he couldn't control how long they put the pizza in the oven.... I order the same order for the past 3 years
The server was extremely rude and inattentive. When we walked in, we even heard the cook say, “Oh non, une autre commande.” The server barely paid attention while we ordered and made no effort to answer our questions or suggest alternatives, simply saying, “No, we don’t have that.” The service was so unwelcoming that we ended up walking out.
It was extremely salty.
