We ordered 25 pizzas today for a Christmas family gathering. We’ve ordered from this location for the last 3 years & always had excellent pizza & top notch service. This year we were so disappointed in the pizza. It was overdone, dry & tasted like cardboard. There was minimal amount of sauce on it. We had 8 different varieties of pizza & asked them to label each box so we’d know what was in each one. driver was like 20 minutes late, so it came cold- plus the pizza was cut stupidly
If they mess up your order and you say so on their survey, they only give you a coupon for a free cheese bread and the coupon is expired when you order online. Weirdly enough I got a second message with a different coupon for the same thing but the website said it was expired also. Not a big deal over bread. But last night I ordered $50 worth of food from this place and the tracker said the driver left at 6:03pm. Over 35 minutes later I had my order in hand. Worstt experience!!! They have an offer for emergency pizza! I wanted to have it today and online it was not working. I called in as when it does not work they manually do it. The person there is like online it is not working it is not our problem!!??? Like whatt?? And the attitude he had while answering! Worst customer service I would say
