The staff member was a bit cold in his attitude, which I can understand, maybe he was having a bad day, and that alone is not a big issue. However, the real problem is that the same person working as a cashier was also preparing the food. I handed him cash, he counted it and gave me my change, then immediately started touching the pizza without wearing gloves or even washing his hands. Superbowl Sunday and my pizza was ready on time no issues. I used my points for a free medium 2 topping and it was done correctly. Very good performance
