I’m so disappointed I used a gift certificate today and my order was terrible. Very dry and next to no toppings and cold. I don’t know if they didn’t care to impress because it was free to us but you let down the paying customer who bought the gift certificate and to new potential customers. So disappointed in the Stratford location.
I was having problems trying to order on my desktop at home. The web page is kind of finicky. I called, and despite being very busy, Madison tried to help me. Eventually, she suggested I try the phone app. So easy compared to the desktop version. Thanks, Madison for the help!
Pizza was accidentally taken for delivery. They knew it was a mistake and had my pizza in the oven within seconds. Recieved a free pizza coupon for the short wait. Great job Stratford domino's 👏
Pizza was cut like they had their eyes closed. One peice was about 1/4th of the Pizza and another was about a fingers width. Had to basically tear it apart because it was barely cut through too.Ruined the entire thing.
