I order delivery often, but have only visited the store once many years ago. The food is always excellent. I love the pizza, the chicken and the desserts. The website is very easy to use. I love that it saves my recent orders and easy orders. I love the tracking that shows how the order is progressing; it's very reliable. I love that there are so many options for toppings. The lady handling deliveries called us accusing us of fraud for no reason, we tried ordering 3 times and she kept cancelling it for some reason. She thinks she an FBI agent or something, just accept the order and put the pizza on the box for me ok? Delivery driver was great though!
My friend tried ordering and they canceled his order twice, asking for ID for ordering a pizza. Furthermore, when I tried ordering from my phone, she called my number saying “remember me again buddy?” Even though I’ve personally never spoke to her (she thought I was my friend that spoke to her earlier). She was horribly condescending and completely ruined the experience, threatening to also cancel my order. The delivery driver was amazing though
