Mixed experience – driver Sai tried to make things right I ordered delivery from Domino’s, including a 500ml bottle of drink. When the order arrived, the drink was missing. The driver, Sai, said his coworker forgot to pack it, and he would come back in 15 minutes with it. I waited an hour – nothing. I called Sai, and he said he’d bring it now. Ordered in the morning for a 6:00pm pick up and it was ready right on time!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. The delivery driver told me the payment machine was “not working” and asked me to send the money to his personal Interac account instead. This immediately raised concerns. After denying, driver let me speaks with his manager he kept insisting in very very rude manners that he has been working as a manager at the store for 5 years and that they allow drivers to accept personal Interac transfers as payment.
