Customer service and making things right is a foreign concept to many businesses today, and after ordering from Spruce Grove Domino's for 4 years now, I learned that their management couldn't care less about it. I was disappointed with the pizza quality. The toppings were uneven, the sauce was excessive, and the flavor was lacking. Additionally, the dip is often missing from my orders — this issue has occurred multiple times.
Lady called stating they would be a bit late and said how sorry they were for the delay. Pizza arrived only about 15 minutes later and was delivered hot!
