I had a $20 credit from when they got my order wrong. I used only $10 from it before and he told me I can use my leftover $10 another time since I didn’t use it all. Today I called for a pick up order and she was arguing with me saying that my credit is a one time use only. If you have established rules make sure every employee complys so you don’t confuse customers… Anyways the phone call was impossible to understand. Much better than the Dairy Queen food next door. The service was quick, easy and painless. They have a very handy, big LCD display showing you exactly when your pizza will be ready. My only nitpick is, like many pizza places in Canada today, the bacon on your Hawaiian pizza is big but doesn't taste like bacon. Real fried bacon strips or even the cheap crumbled bacon tastes better than what they call bacon now. Tastes and looks more like bland deli meat slices on pizza.
