New Domino pizza was raw in the middle. They messed up the 1st order with the wrong ingredients, made it again had to wait 7mins to cook, seemed like not a long time but hey I don't make pizzas. Got home ate half a slice to find it inedible in the middle when I called they asked to bring back for a refund. It was already an inconvenience waiting longer than I intended then to eat raw dough. Just a bad experience. Tracker claims there is a quality check but obviously it just to make customers feel like they're doing their job... read more
I placed a order thru the app, I waited on my balcony for the driver. They drove thru the complex where I live at but never delivered my order. I called the store, and the guy that answered was very rude, telling me that the driver tried to contact me, and even went to my door. He said "well your order is a t the store, if you want it, come up here and get it" Come on Dominos, im VERY disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.
Ram did great carrying extra condiments on hand.
