you know when you’re checking out at the grocery store and the cashier is moving almost comedically slow, like agonizingly slow? now imagine a staff of, i swear there were 12 of them in there, ALL moving like they have weights attached to their wrists. took 48 mins to get a large pizza. also the vibe in there is super odd so many ppl working in complete silence with their mouths hanging open all in a daze like they have been on shift for 35 hrs. i had no idea who was in charge. bad vibes slow service eh pizza.

I don't know what you guys did. But what a big change on the pizza better taste. Good quality on veggies taste different great 👍 job . I can see the changes.

Came in July 17 2026 for an online order pickup between 10.30pm-11.30pm. The manager (male, short, a little plump) was very rude, disengaged, lazy and unprofessional. I feel bad for the workers who are trying to do good work but is being dragged down by this manager.

Beware.. When asked for a packet of crushed peppers and Ranch ... They said Sorry we're under new management and no longer have them. I guess 'New' management doesn't care about Customer Service... Only in El Paso.
