Try to call to make an order. I also tried to call the phone number to edit my order or change something on my order and nobody ever answered the phone. I've kept getting the AI system every time. I would get them to switch me over to a person. The line would just sit there with nobody answering. Very unprofessional
Placed an order for 11:45. At 12:00 they put it in the oven. Said 7 more minutes. Guy working said he was by himself. We called it in at 10:00.
Placed an order 45 mins before they close. The tracker showed they were making it until 13 minutes before they closed then they cancelled the order. Shameful business practice.
