I normally always get good service from this location, but today was a total waste. The pizza was gummy all the way through the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Just crispy on top and the rest gummy dough. Also the delivery time changed which would’ve been fine if the food was actually edible. Really disappointed this go round
I ordered my pizza at 3:46 pm. It stated their worker started my order at 3:47 pm. I’ve been waiting for an hour now and my pizza still hasn’t been delivered. This is an recurring issue and it’s ridiculous. It said my pizza would be delivered at 4:35. Then it pushed back to 5:15. Now it’s saying 6:35???? I do not recommend this store whatsoever!!
Try to call to make an order. I also tried to call the phone number to edit my order or change something on my order and nobody ever answered the phone. I've kept getting the AI system every time. I would get them to switch me over to a person. The line would just sit there with nobody answering. Very unprofessional
Placed an order for 11:45. At 12:00 they put it in the oven. Said 7 more minutes. Guy working said he was by himself. We called it in at 10:00.
