Ordered a pizza, estimated time was 15 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later and they hadn't even started it! First time this has happened but no excuse for it.
Domino's is always consistent no matter what State you get their food! That is comforting and 5 stars!
Seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. I don't know what needs to change here, but maybe start with the expected completion times on orders. I made a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 16 minutes. 20 minutes later, it hasn't even been put in the oven. Corporate needs to put some restrictions on this restaurant for orders. It isn't a big building, they can only do so many orders at once. Every time I come here they always seem overwhelmed. Great way to lose employees and customers.
They were amazing kind to us as we morned the death of a family member. The kindness of the employees made my husband cry and their kindness is amazing gift.
Website is misleading on delivery times and when you call to yet an update you get the eun around. This has never happened before
