Dominos always slaps but service is slow at this store no doubt to how small it is compared to other stores and how lil staff they got. They never miss though!
Ordered delivery and had to call back every hour for 3 hours to see where my order was. Manager promised twice that it would be re made and fixed personally, but was never fixed. Ended up getting my money back instead.
Seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. I don't know what needs to change here, but maybe start with the expected completion times on orders. I made a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 16 minutes. 20 minutes later, it hasn't even been put in the oven. Corporate needs to put some restrictions on this restaurant for orders.
