First, they did not have all the items of my order so they sent random other items instead. Secondly the salad they sent was expired and all the lettuce was mushy. Third, when I tried to call because I didn’t want those other items and the expired salad they refuse me a refund. They would only give me free food instead. I got ripped off last night. I ordered their $10.99 pizza that came with up to 7 toppings. The pizza was dried out, no extra Cheese, black olives, or sausage. It has happened too many times at South Patterson Goleta location. Shame on you for such poor quality. No more!

Not good at all, like at all. The pizza is always bubbled on top, and this time they didn’t even cut it all the way through so I had basically pull apart crust and zero actual slices. Just not good, too many shortcuts taken.

So I place an order and it shows it ready by sitting for over 28 minutes at the store. I call to ask what’s up. The driver appearantly had just left and was en route. Then they cancelled my delivery. All in all, an hour later, 3 hungry kids and no food. The experience couldn’t be worse
