The website needs repair. It wouldn't let me get past the "future date" screen so I went across the street to Lil Casaers. And there isn't a way to edit my profile with them. I have a new phone number and couldn't find a way to edit it onto my profile They wouldn't provide curbside service. I am parked right next to their rear entrance. The same one used by their delivery drivers. I placed the order online and did not see curbside as an option, but under the CarryOut option it said curbside delivery. So I chose that one. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Mind you this is our second time ordering from here I thought we’d give them a second chance from being dissatisfied the first time. We had ordered a curbside order we waited outside for like 20 mins before I got my order, and it wasn’t even taken curbside which is what we payed for. Then when we got out order the 5 cheese Mac and cheese was so dry and the cheese was a little burnt. And the philly cheesesteak sandwich bread was a bit on the crunchy side. Terrible I ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s 10th birthday. The order was made online and I wasn’t even able to track my order when I came to pick it up in the store. It had never even been made so what’s going on and now the kids party has no food and they were quick to tell me that they can give me my money back!
