Order #: 118 Date: 02/12/2026 – 1:02 PM Worst experience I’ve had here so far. I was told by the manager that ordering extra cheese “comes with extra oil,” as if that explains why the box was soaked and oil spilled all over my car seats. Now they’re stained and smell terrible. There was no warning, no heads‑up to be cautious — just a dismissive “that’s how our pizzas are made.” Easily the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Completely unacceptable.
