Very bad experience the workers were extremely rude and the pizza made me sick really bad I threw up everything I will never be back to give them my money!!
Dropped my pizza coming out the oven had to wait another 10 minutes and completely missed the crust when putting garlic oil on didnt even cut it all the way through
I paid for my order, was told it was mine, and waited. Later, I was told my order did not exist. No explanation, no accountability—just “we can refund you, but you have to reorder and wait another 35 minutes” for their mistake. When I asked who charged me, they refused to give a name. One employee then ignored me and started helping another customer while I was still standing there, even though I was there first. The employees involved were Ana and Vanesa. Terrible customer service.. tried calling about my order due to an allergy and I just kept getting hung up on and I could hear them picking up the phone and clicking!! I would've rather you told me something than nothing
forgot to cashier about special so got charged more
