This pizza I ordered several years ago was dry and tasted like cardboard and oily and then after covid they stopped delivering to my area in culver city they stink they should go out of business pizza hut is better so is laroccos
Ordered 4 pizzas online and had a great experience.. I wanted to modify my order and called and spoke to Walter. What a nice and caring guy. He patiently worked with me on how to modify my online order. Pizza came hot and fresh with a generous amount of toppings. Great value for $10.99 online with the coupon on site. Delicious. No idea why they have poor reviews. We will be back.
The General Manager is very rude he doesn’t have Good Customer service when is comes to service of the community of Inglewood I will never go there again I don’t see how he is able to the General Manager he have no good people skills at all‼️😩😩😩😩😩😩
2 minute wait timer. They stop it and make you wait longer than 5 minutes outside. Avoiding free pizza penalty. Not the first time, not the second time. Not a cool practice. Edit: this keeps repeating. Tracker says order ready, walling in 5 mins later and getting asked to wait for another 10 minutes without offering any excuse.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving here lately. I just had a terrible experience that forced me to cancel my entire order, and I wasn’t the only one, a couple of other customers canceled theirs and left upset for the exact same reason. I placed a timed order for 6:15 PM. When I arrived, the screen inside the store said it was ready, but it turned out my pizza was never even made or they completely forgot about it.
