I've had multiple incorrect pickup orders. Will no longer be using this location.
Absolute worst customer service! Avoid this location at all costs! I am writing this review as a warning to everyone: do not waste your time coming to this Domino's store. I have been here twice, and both times I had to leave empty-handed and deeply frustrated. First Experience: I arrived at 9:00 PM to pick up food. Although their website and Google listing clearly state they are open until midnight, the staff refused to take my order. They told me they were closing early simply because "business was slow." 3 pizzas, all significantly undercooked. No sauce at all on one, barely any on the other two. No seasoning on the crust. Not cut properly so tore when pulling a slice. Threw them all away. Complained. These clowns took over 4 weeks to get back to me, and only after I contacted corporate and corporate offered a refund and gift card. “General Manager” leaves a voicemail with no name or callback number. They’re awful and they just don’t care.
Too busy arguing with staff I couldn’t even order a pizza the two Indian staff are too busy arguing. This place is a joke.
