This location Cancelled our orders, so we put our orders in at mission street where it was made with love by a nice WOMAN. Shocking right? I’m sure a MAN cancelled our orders here at this location originally. Eye roll.

The dough was actually hand-tossed, and the employees weren't trying rush orders out. They were honest with me about timing, polite, and happy to help. They were also willing to listen to me complain about the Santa Cruz location with empathy. The only issue I have is not the local location, but the corporate specifications for cooking and portion sizes. Despite corporate profit-seeking, the local employees are actually making the food taste good and correctly cooked. Props to them!

I've had numerous terrible experiences at this location. I'm finally here writing my review because today, when I was there I had a unsavory experience with one of the workers there and have had similar experiences in the past , with the same worker. The curly long haired kid with a mustache was super rude and disrespectful... He had the the nerve to tell me not to be so "aggro" while handing me my pizza.
