Received the wrong pizza via carry out. Called the store and was told we would have to come back for the correct pizza. We asked them if they needed the order and they said “no we have it and it will be ready in 10 minutes flat”. When we arrived, they said they got confused and would start the pizza now. We then waited over 20 minutes, watched multiple people receive incorrect orders, before being told again that they were about to start our order. We decided to request our money back and leave.
