ABSOLUTE WORST experience. Ordered online 3 hours ahead. Hadn't even started order by pick up time. Would not answer phone. Pizza was "fair", at best. Cannot recommend. If I could give a zero, I would. Swe spent $500 for church lunch.
I hadnt ordered thin crust in so long from here because they always made it undercooked. But this time, John, made it soo good!! Thank youuu. Edited. Nevermind I take my 5 stars back. I’ve consistently ordered since 2018. The quality has gone downhill. There seems to be a lot of new staff. The pizza I ordered last night was drenched in sauce and cheese. The store was very inviting and nicely decorated (they’ve started decorating for every holiday so there’s always new decorations). The food was hot fresh & ready super quick. The crew are nice and even when they just got cussed out by a customer they immediately put on a smile for the next person in line & try to give them the best experience (I’ve witnessed this happen)
I never have any problems with my orders most of the time, and I have no problem with the staff or the store because I only order online and drive through the window to pick it up and they are always pleasant
