I never have any problems with my orders most of the time, and I have no problem with the staff or the store because I only order online and drive through the window to pick it up and they are always pleasant
I got the Philly cheese sandwich and was quite disappointed. The bread was great, but it had very little ingredients inside the bread, especially meat. They used to be so good. This one had no Philly cheese taste. It was more like flavored bread.
I hadnt ordered thin crust in so long from here because they always made it undercooked. But this time, John, made it soo good!! Thank youuu

HORRIBLE customer service! They are in need of serious customer service training. And attitude adjustments!! We were in drive through line to pick up our order. Only 1 car in front of us. Sitting there for over 5 minutes. No contact from store to car whole time we were there. But occupant of car had time to sell what looked like tamales out of back seat of his car to 2 different ladies who came up. Our order is ready and we can't even get it.
