I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery. The driver gave me a cold medium pepperoni and when I pointed out that’s not what I paid for he said “sorry it’s been a long day” and walked away. Zero explanation. I called the store to ask for a refund and to speak with a manager or owner and they said to call at the end of the week. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pizza and it never got delivered, I called and was told that the driver should be here any minute - an hour and a half later I called asking for a refund, and was told “it’s zeroed out, so you won’t be charged, okay?”, no apologies or trying to make it right or explain WHY my food wasn’t delivered. I’m not sure who manages this location but perhaps consider shutting it down. Worst service I’ve ever received. I’ll never order from here again.

I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football. I don't know why I bother ordering from here. The order is never right. Ever. At least the last 10 times I've ordered here, it's either wrong or something is missing. Every. Single. Time. The most recent time, the pizza was cold, the cheese dip was cold and the pasta dish was cold. Terrible. Do not order from here. Papa Johns is a better option if you're in the area
