I’m not sure how anyone could rate below 5 stars. Food is always perfect.
I went there last Wednesday, and the girl behind the counter was talking on her cell. When I went to the counter, she ignored me for at least two minutes and then acted like I was bothering her when I wanted to pick up my order, which they were supposed to bring out to my car. The worst part was that she didn't even put her phone down. She just kept talking on the phone.
