Placed an order at 1:29 pm. Walked in 15 minutes later. Gave them my name and was told "its probably in the oven". Proceeded to wait until I lose patience and ask if the food will ever be cooked. Placed a delivery order, not only was the food left outside in the snow without giving any notification or calling me, but also gave the wrong order and hung up on me when I tried to call to have it fixed.

My issue is NEVER with the food, but ALWAYS with the delivery drivers! When I give them my address, they say they don't want to take it there and they take it to a different location of their choosing. In particular, SEESHU thinks that he is above his clients and can do whatever he wants with delivery orders. It is not that hard. I can't believe there is not a single person who has any common sense at this location it is very discouraging and based off of others experiences this location is all around terrible!

I ordered pizza for delivery, waited an hour for it to arrive just for it to not. I tried to call to figure out what happened or to get a refund and they started declining my calls.
