Will never eat here again. It was only $35.00 but they screwed up both my orders. 1st was supposed to be free medium, they charged me with wrong ingredients. 2nd ordered was a large thin crust with multiple toppings They changed it to a medium pan. When I called to complain said they were sorry and would refund total amount. 2 weeks later, nothing in my account. A bunch of flipping thieves. Crenos is getting all my business from now on.
Pizzas were supposed to be ready for pickup at 4pm, at 4:40 they finally they told me they messed it up and would be another 10 minutes. What a joke
This store is absolutely horrible! 3 different deliveries were undelivered or messed up, gave a final shot a cpl months later hoping things had changed, ordered 2hrs ahead of time, thru the app... showed up 45min late after I had to order other food for my party not knowing because no one would answer the phone! Never again!
I ordered an 8 piece boneless wings, it was 4 wings cut in half, and someone ate one, so there was only 7 “half” wings in my order. This is hilarious and ridiculous. Check your orders before you leave if you order from this place, but honestly, just order from Donatos and save the hassle
