had a Buy one Get one free coupon valid through 7/28/26 and they told me i couldn’t use it, when i questioned why the young male responded with “i just can’t” then when i walked out he proceeded to walk behind me and lock the door, Im not sure who runs that establishment over on the dawson side of town, but you need a refresh on workers, they are all rude and disrespectful.
Quick service, quick response, very knowledgeable to customers.
Order was marked complete on the app and when I was at the window I was informed it would be 10-15 minutes. Unacceptable
