Javier at this location is such a great addition to the Team. I called in and asked questions and I was not given correct or detailed info. Ordered through DoorDash. The food was marked as delivered, and it showed up 45 minutes to an hour late. When I called the store, the person claiming to be the manager was rude and had poor customer service. Informed me that they do not use DoorDash, then changed his story. The individual ended up hanging up on me, when I was trying to ask what I can do on my end to find my order. Very disappointed. This was the Albany, Georgia location.
