I ordered 2 pizzas a month ago and the toppings had slid off and was laying in the box I just placed another order, this time the pizza was perfect but I ordered the chicken bites and ended up with a box of crumbs and maybe 4 pieces of chicken
The employees and customer service was great. It’s the woman that franchises the store I have a problem with. I submitted a complaint for an order that never shows up to corporate, just to find out from the store manager that they don’t do credit card refunds? Which to me is bewildering especially when your franchise does honor it. So they can do a credit? I use the credit that was given to my account.
