Watched a guy making the pizzas reach into his ear to remove his earbud, and immediately continue making pizza with his now almost assuredly ear wax covered hands. Lost my appetite on the spot.

After placing an order online, I called the store and requested that my pizza be cooked well done. The pizza was perfect. Our delivery driver Jordan was also very polite and expedient and well mannered. Always tip your delivery driver. A+

When I place an order online and your system tells me the pizza is “going into the oven,” I expect the store to have received it. Instead, when I arrived, the staff initially acted as though the order didn’t exist. After suddenly finding it, they made it seem as though I was at fault for arriving before it appeared on the front screen. Customers should be able to trust your online order status and expect courteous service when there is a problem. This experience certainly did not make me want to return. Do better.
