JUST PLAIN SORRY Every time that we have ordered from them they either lost our order or showed up with the wrong order. They also offered no apology or compensation for their mistakes. The franchise owner will not return emails and the corporation just forwards your emails back to the franchise owner. Just plain sorry!!!
