If zero was an option that’s what I would rate this location. We went through the drive thru and were told to pull around because they were behind. The employee said they would motion to us when our order was ready because the dining area was closed. We waited closed to 40 minutes without a motion. We got there at 9 PM after calling in a to-go order, and after getting there they say the order was never placed. Oh well, so we place an order for two medium pizzas. The lady told us to pull around to a parking spot and they would bring it out when it was ready, and we did exactly that. I bought pan pizzas and they came out raw. I come to the store for a remake or refund and the manager tells me its not raw and that im just trying to get free food ?? as i was sitting there kneeding the “not raw” dough in his face trying to show him pizza isnt supposed to be this mushy… that’s supposedly cooked lol. it was literal raw dough. Bro was just mad he hadda remake my pizzas
