I had to feed a group of about 20 people for a meeting. I called a week before to place my order. I was told to call back the day before I needed the pizzas which I did. When I went to pick them up they did not have my pizzas. They thought they had been made by mistake the day I placed the order. Needless to say I was upset as I had to get back to get set up for the meeting and I needed the food. The Nashville store did an excellent job of making this right. We just order a pizza and went to pick it up and found out they gave our pizza to someone else. They gave is a refund and made us another pizza (30 minutes later) and expected us to pay for it. Davis the manager said my wife copped an attitude She is completely the one who copped the attitude when their employees gave away an order and were making us what another 30 minutes for them to remake a pizza that should have been done. This Domino's is great! Always greeted upon arrival and those employees are always actively working and helping one another. Also, this shouldnt have to be added but they all look clean and professional. Lol. Some other spots just do not gaf 🤣 so yes I drive across town for this specific location. Keep up the good work and thanks for always having a smile at work.
