Non-existent customer service. I ordered 7 pizzas and bread bites for a birthday party. I got carry-out so it wouldn't take as long. The order says it will be ready in 12 minutes, but I wait and arrive at the store after 30 minutes knowing they're slow. When I arrive, they say the order "is ready" but then they can't find it. Then I'm told they had to re-do one of the pizzas and it's in the oven and will be ready 'in 10 minutes.' Absolutely ridiculous wait times for delivery, they apparently can't keep their store properly staffed, and overall aren't remotely worth the price. It's a real shame the Christainsburg store doesn't handle more of Blacksburg, they were always on top of everything when I ordered from them.
Got bacon pieces in veg pizza. Questionable business practice.
I'd give it zero if I could, multiple hairs in my pizza
