Sadly, whoever is running this store today for the Shaw family, they are costing them business and hurting their reputation. My $65 order took over an hour and a half and said it was delivered but was never delivered. I called the store to see what happened and the young man that answered the phone said they could remake or refund my $65 worth of food that we have been waiting on. Attempted to order a pizza tonight (delivery). When the order was more than 30 minutes late I called the store to find out where it is. They couldn't find my order by name or phone number, transferred and hung up on me, then would not answer the phone (on hold 15 minutes). My card was charged and refunded 5 times, so I know SOMEONE knew an order was placed. At this point, I don't think I am out any money, but extremely frustrated at the lack of service.
