I would like to report a recurring issue. When I place the order through the app, it doesn’t reach the store. I end up waiting 80 minutes because the order never starts. When I call, I have to wait another 40 minutes, and it still hasn't been made. This is a flaw in the system, and I ask that you fix it, as it is extremely frustrating.
