This Kentwood location has the worst customer service ever. I called and they hung up on me saying they cant understand me. They placed me on hold, I got frustrated and decided to drive to the store. Still on hold. I get to the store, an African american wearing a du-rag picks up a phone order and gets an order in while waiting in line and on hold. Another call comes through and he gets it.
