If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst pizza joint I have ever experienced. Let alone a nationally recognized chain. So sad. Garbage pizza fron 10/25. 3 hours of trying to put an order in on the app multiple times. I usually call in and get pick up. I order delivery. 3 hours later I have yet to receive my pizza.
Ordered my food at 5:30pm. Cooking my own dinner at 7:30pm because after being told by staff on the phone at 6:30pm my food was out for delivery at 7:30pm it hasn't even been prepped yet. Long term customer who will NEVER spend my money here again. Lying to customer's gets you know where......Dont order pizza from here, wait for Andy's pizza or any other place who at least tells you your order will be over an hour wait and not LIE to you in the process. Extra cheese, extra sausage & extra mushrooms. Same exact pizzas 2 different locations. Left is from NE Mpls, on the right is from St. Michael. I think St. Michael employees have to bike to the store and use their own paychecks to purchase the toppings based on how stingy they are. They went out of their way to throw a straight slice of cheese pizza on here. Edit: Gave this place a 2nd chance and it was worse than the first.
