my food said it was out of the oven an hour ago and the deilivery had taken over 40 min so i finally went and checked and my food has been sitting outside for who knows how long, they didn’t update the app, text, or knock to let me know it was here and it’s now stale and cold.
Took 25 minutes longer than what was said and didn't even get the correct pizza
We spent $70.00 on delivery we got salads, tots, wings, lava cakes and pasta. The ONLY edible thing we got was the lava cakes.. the salads were expired and the lettuce was brown and mushy. The tots were burnt. the pasta tasted almost mildewy, and you couldn’t even chew the wings because they were actually rubber and looked as if they had been sitting out all day and recooked. What a turn around! In the past, the service was not great and we had to wait 1 1/2-2 hours at lines for pizza. The last several times have been great. Today… it took 14-15 minutes to get our food AND the food is great! They had 4 staff today… in the past it was sometimes 1!!!! Great turn around!!!
