This is the WORST dominos EVER!! They take your order over the phone, via the web or by the app and the owner doesn’t give TWO CRAPS that you won’t get it for 2-3 hours. You can watch it being made and within 10 minutes of placing your order, it then sits on the counter for the rest of the time. I’ve given them THREE chances to get their crap together now and I’ve been burned all three times. Took over 1.5 hours for delivery and i had to pick it up. I called and it too over 20 mins for someone to answer the phone. The manager was very unprofessional. They did not even take off the delivery fee or offer any kind of discount. All she said was I’m sorry I’m sorry and I am backed up 100+ pizzas.
Today it took over 2 hours to get a bowl of pasta. No thanks. No I'm sorry. Rude on phone. A few weeks ago a rude manager. Too many places with better service in MP.
I ordered pizza for delivery at 5:40. The app didn't say how long, but my email said 90 minutes. It's been over 2 hours, still no pizza. App says it came out of oven at 6:04. Called store, put on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up, now I just get a busy signal. I can't even talk to a person to cancel my offer.
Had a friend have bad unprofessional experience. Glad I don't deal with this store.
