I love Domino's New York Style dough. I craved it all day, and after a long day, I finally decided to place an order for delivery for my family. I never buy pizza. At 7:02 my tracker said someone was making it, a female, and then it never moved. I called the store 45 minutes later and the phone never stopped ringing. It hung up after ten minutes of trying to get through. I had to drive to the restaurant, and after arriving, I entered an empty restaurant with one worker walking into a restroom. Tables were dirty. Order hadn’t even been started an HOUR after I placed the order on a MONDAY called to cancel was on hold for a total of 27min was hung up on twice absolutely ridiculous

Ordered food July 14, went to go pick up was told it would be done maybe in two hours after the promise time. The counter lady told me she would refund my order and apologized for the inconvenience. July 18th no order was refunded. I called three times, manager was supposed to call me back, no word. Now it’s July 26th, called in, Jennifer (supervisor) rudely said she couldn’t help, told me she could have her boss call me but hung up before taking any of my info. Super professional! I've ordered at this location twice now and my items weren't delivered until an hour and a half later, both times. I tried calling the store to get an update and I was on hold for 5 minutes before anyone picked up. I would not recommend ordering from here due to how long the wait period is. Based on previous reviews, this seems to continue to be a problem with this location, more so than a simple "we're busy tonight" excuse.
