I ordered a bunch of food, they got my pizza toppings wrong, my partners pizza was wrong. I loved the driver I got tonight though.
Horrible customer service! I waited over 3 hours for pizza that never showed up was waiting on hold on my phone for over 45min. My order was marked as delivered even tho I never got it, and they refused to give me a refund so I went to my bank and let them know i never got the food, and this location was so upset I got mt money back for food I NEVER received that they blocked me from ordering there again when it was THEIR mistake. We order for our work team pretty routinely.... They are always prompt in their delivery and cheerful about our large order.... Often waiting for them when they first open since out team eats early!! This past week, I used a special coupon that didn't get rung up right on the charge.... When people say they hate Dominos, stores like this one are the reason. I've had decent food from other Dominos stores, but this particular store is TERRIBLE. I've tried three times, and it's been bad every time. The employees here have zero pride in the quality or presentation of their food. They are slow and late on delivery, so it's cold every time.
