Efficient, usually gets your order right. Don't go to the drive thru window, sometimes they ignore it and you wait forever.
If you order from here order 2 hours in advance. Just placed an order. Online it says 35-45 min. I finally get to the time it estimated and now it says an hour later.
Ordered online, app said 20 mins I show up after 25 mins and they tell me it will be a hour more!!! Manager did more my order up the list and since it wasn't even started yet still took 20 mins... I do appreciate what tha manager did, but the app needs to in better sync with the stores!
There was some chaos with a delivery order and I came in pretty heated, in the middle of moving with kids and wanted something quick and easy and turned into 2 hour delivery. I came in to just grab our order and Ryan did a wonderful job and taking care of everything, polite, professional and made things right! I really appreciate his service.
