This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order for a pizza at 4:12 PM, but by 5:30 PM there was still no update on the live tracking. I tried calling the outlet, but no one answered. In the end, I had no choice but to go to the shop myself. The staff had a very poor attitude and simply said they still had many orders waiting, without any sense that something was wrong.
