Order 3 item but only received 2 item, it's very disappointed me...
Absolutely unacceptable service. The staff informed me that the rider needed to attend Friday prayers, which is completely understandable, and I was willing to wait because of that. However, they falsely marked my order as “delivered” and then completely forgot to send it out at all. After multiple unanswered calls, I was finally told they had forgotten my order entirely. Poor communication, no accountability, and a terrible customer experience.

Makanan saya takcukup, rider tak call tau tau dah delivered, when it comes makanan not complete, then call pun tak angkat. Please alert with that. Orang bayar for that makanan but makanan was not complete
