Too slow. Please hire more staff
Order only arrived after 1.5 hours. No calls or updates from restaurant or rider. Restaurant didnt answer my call. I actually drove there, worker full of excuses, only saying rider left dy. Didn't want to call rider to get delivery status. And didnt apologise at all. Just talking back. When rider came his hand was injured, that's why delivery was late. Food was cold. Ordered at 7:00 p.m. and delivered at 8:40 p.m. This is not the first time I've encountered the same issue. Even after receiving multiple complaints, the service has not improved. Even the order was received in the cold. Please shut down the outlet if your employees did not know how to work properly.
Finally, there is a Dominos with a great staff!!! So i accidently ordered at the wrong branch, but turns out its a blessing. Came in, to pick up my pizzA, but they forgot 1 set and got the breadstick wrong, i wasnt mad at all. U know why? The staff, who happens to be the Manager, named HAKIM is superb at handling crisis. Spoke to me with great manner, apologized and replaced a new breadstick and the transaction was a breeze! Well done Hakim!! Now everyone at Dominos should learn frm this well mannered great staff!
Untuk pick up dan juga makan senang sebab tak ramai sangat orang yang buat pesanan. Mungkin servis bagus dan laju jadi saya selalu buat pesanan di sini.
