Worst and horrible service! Took 2+ hours to deliver from Kajang store to Jalan Bukit. Waited so long and tried calling the store many times, and no one picked the call. They didn't have the courtesy to give the estimated delivery time and made elderly people wait for so long!!
Hopeless staff who rejects order at 8.50P.M. Reason given, "we done take orders via walk in reason we have online orders to prepare. The staff saying, this is our normal routine. Branch manager if you are efficient and responsible, kindly view CCTV and see number of order / customers they reject. #hopelesskajangdomino's
Dear Dominos, please check your phone. I’ve try to call your store multiple times but no answer. And yet my delivery order for 11.30am is not here yet. I already paid for delivery and yet I have to go to your store to check my order
Today We took a friend of ours to Domino's Kajang for her birthday. Went to the counter to order our food, the Waiter on duty immediately told us that they are busy a lot of orders came in. If we are dining in or packing we can only get our food ready after "Satu jam empat puluh minit " this is really absurd and uncalled for reply from an estery.
