If I could give a negative star I would. In 2021 when I last ordered, my order was delayed with no explanation and I had to go to the store to ask about the order. In the end I got my money back and had to buy food for another restaurant. And dejavu same problem happens again today. I ordered at 7.57pm and expected to have my dinner at 8.30pm but what happen I went to the restaurant at 8.50pm and it was "out for delivery" and I went home and waited. I've ordered and waited for 1 hr 30mins, no food was delivered still. I've tried calling for 8 times and no one picked.
slow, inefficient, service bad
They provide extremely low-quality service. Even after ordering for two days and paying, we never received our order.. it was a huge disappointment. People, please do not order from Gasing Domino’s. The staff here are giving Domino’s a bad reputation. Honestly, it’s hard to accept; they are providing service to people in a way that is extremely frustrating and careless......
ive got different menu from my order but the manager and staff able to manage the issue as they sent me the correct order. thanks syah and both of male staffs😊
