No issues with dominos pizza so far. However the most frustrsting thing is theor honesty in service. I ordered via the app for pick up. The app showed the pizza's were ready. However when I got there, they still havent made the pizza's. There was no apology. Totally non challant attitude. What the guys at the store do is that they click pizza ready in the app to show they are achieving their KPIs. However at the back the manually manage the pizza cooking process the HQ doesnt see. If I could give a negative star I would. In 2021 when I last ordered, my order was delayed with no explanation and I had to go to the store to ask about the order. In the end I got my money back and had to buy food for another restaurant. And dejavu same problem happens again today. I ordered at 7.57pm and expected to have my dinner at 8.30pm but what happen I went to the restaurant at 8.50pm and it was "out for delivery" and I went home and waited.
