They provide extremely low-quality service. Even after ordering for two days and paying, we never received our order.. it was a huge disappointment. People, please do not order from Gasing Domino’s. The staff here are giving Domino’s a bad reputation. Honestly, it’s hard to accept; they are providing service to people in a way that is extremely frustrating and careless......

Honestly speaking, dominos’s pizza tastes amazing, but, in terms of delivery, it’s the worst among the worst! Mind you, I paid RM31 for nothing! The least you can do is cancel my order and refund my money. I’m speechless, the I only thing that I can do right now is to pray that the manager will become more responsible and stop this kind of mess. I hate the delivery, they could do better but they didnt. Kinda stupid to leave food outside, i dont care how busy you are but IT IS YOUR DUTY TO MAKE SURE THE FOOD GET TO THE CUSTOMER. What's the use rn that our food ade monyet amik? Nak bayar balik ke?
Order delivery, tetapi rider tak ada call bila dah sampai. Hanya letak di atas kerusi lobi hospital dimana ramai orang yang ada disitu. Dah lebih 1 jam cuba call outlet, jawapan dia hanya ‘dah letak di kerusi’. Sangat tidak professional. Mohon ambil tindakan kepada pekerja tersebut kerana tidak mengikut SOP delivery.
