Went there with my colleague today and it was one of the worst dominos experience of my life the staff was so rude to my friend and all my friend asked for is if he could order at the counter and the male staff shouted at him and said “we busy here! order online!” and my friend said that he could wait and that it was no problem but the lady staff was like “no order here! order online!” they could at least be polite about it….
Order 4pm now 7pm tk smpai2. Duit dh telan. Rasanya 3 hari bekerja baru sampai makanan.
2 jam ka buat pizza? Order pukul 12pm. Puku 2 baru keluar delivery .
Staff tak friendly .masuk2 kedai staff terus cakap dengan nada yang tak friendly .order pickup ke take away ? nak order ? Order online ke ?tanpa welcoming customer .Then time tengah nak order staff prepare pizza kat dapur dengan hentak2 barang dengar sampai satu kedai .product makanan okay ,customer service kelaut .need to improve more on customer service .
