Bad experience with Dominos Denai Alam today (all the previous times were okay). Ordered 2 large super cheese but received a different base sauce - tasted like cheap spicy thousand island. Kids cannot eat. Called them and a lady picked up with some attitude explained that their supplier sent them different sauce. Whatever. Hung up but were called by a gentlemen who offered to replace with regular pizzas. Told him its okay. Quite upset but thats life. Move on then. No more Dominos Denai Alam. Thank you.
U know what? I ordered from grab and the time is not correct food came like this with the domino own driver??? How can my experience be good with this kind of delivery???
Dah 2x order utk pickup. Tunggu dalam kereta lama xsampai2 pekerjanya. Last sekali kena masuk tnya order dh siap ke. Kalau xde pekerja utk hntr ke kereta jgn letak option utk customer pilih. Saya ingt senang tunggu dalam kereta dgn ada baby. Tapi last2 kena keluar juga. Harap dpt improve lepas nie.
