The delivery is a totally disaster. The pizza arrived completely COLD, clearly the pizza was made and idle for more than 20 minutes. Yet my house distance from denai alam domino is just 3 minute driving distance. When the pizza delivered, it was thrown on the gate without any notice. Late and thrown your customer food. This is how domino treat their customer. Think before u order.
The most unpleasant experience. The serving is so slow. The time commitment by the staff is meaningless. The staff isn't friendly at all. I wouldn't suggest this place. They know they're slow but couldn't be bother to apologise but replied with rude tone. Domino should terminate this supervisor..bad for your image.
2 jam tunggu. Tak sampai sampai. Call pun tak angkat. Dominos Denai Alam. Order via food panda. Anak anak menunggu dengan lapar. Memang satu kesilapan order Dominos. Kali ke tiga.
Grab order online, comes late, like 1 and 1/2 hours. The place does not answer calls. Oder online to get disappointed.
Ordered 8pm and now it's 10pm and still haven't received our order. Mode of ordering: online order. We (family) called dominos but apparently they dont even care to answer our calls. What is wrong with you guys sibuk closing ke apa ?! at least call us if its canceled or anything. Still waiting for our order by the way.
