I had bad experience through the Damansara Jaya Domino’s pizza. I just realized my phone number was wrong in the apps. But I’ve updated the restaurant. They said will inform the driver as I was waiting for almost 2 hours. I keep calling the restaurant no response at all. I’m very disappointed. I’ve asked my brother to check on our meals at the restaurant and it’s just left it at the restaurant by the driver. My apps show me YOUR ORDER IS OTW! This is so disappointing. Ordered from grab twice. Both times very late. Today almost 2 hours late. I ordered at 7:22pm. Pizza arrived at 9:10pm. On top of that, they disabled the message on grab, no way to contact them. Called multiple times no one picked up. Hence no updates for 2 hours!!! Worst delivery service. Never order from here.
2 hours to bake a bloody pizza. Absolutely insane. Called them and refused to pick up. Horrible experience. Twice now from the same branch.
